Find out as much as you can, if it’s online then you can have it, or at least read it. If you’ve had difficulties with searches before you should know that Today is different, we’ll use a couple of queries that make searching easy and fun. But, first let us break the ice. What is Google Hacking?

Google hacking also known as Google dorking, is a hacker technique that uses Google Search and other Google applications to find security holes in the configuration and computer code that websites are using. (Wikipedia)

So, Google Dorking is more than just a way to search the web for precise results, it surely goes beyond that. We can use these methods to find information online and spend less time searching, especially if we know exactly what we’re looking for, that makes things easy for us.

5 Must Use Google Query Operators

1.SIte

If we use “site:google.com medium” we’ll find all sites containing the word “medium” within the google.com domain.

So, where I put medium you can write anything else and choose whatever else comes to your mind. You can actually change the whole content and look for something from a different domain if you wish. The sky is the limit.

2.Intitle

Documents usually have titles right? Intitle is ideal for document search. If you have the title of whatever document or article you may be looking for you can use *intitle* for your searches.

For instance, some people share their CV’s and leave them public on websites or simply share links that may lead to such files. If you choose CV for a title you might just get something, or quite a bunch of things related to CV’s or actual CV’s. Just make sure to add the file type to make things easier. What I used here was Intitle:curriculum vitae PDF
