GOOGLE HACKING AND WHY YOU SHOULD TRY IT
With a few examples, easy as 1, 2…. Ah, what comes after 2?
Searching the web for content is part of our everyday lives. We do it at work, school, and even for personal reasons.
When I’m too lazy to fill the address bar with the domain to a website I want to visit I usually GOOGLE something like “Facebook official website” and usually the first or second link is the official site depending on how popular the site is, and amount of articles online about the site.
This keeps me from typing www.medium.com or medium.com which also works but what I do is handy for websites that are a bit more complicated or have interesting characters like database-db-it.com.
But, sometimes we need way more specific searches and that’s where google hacking comes in handy which is why I’m going to share 7 google dorks for you to try. You won’t see these in action I’ll leave all the fun for you, besides I shared some of my findings in a previous post.
Chances are that I shared some of these examples before here, where I actually shared a few screenshots of these keywords in action if I can call them that.
