Apple Enthusiasts Are Giving up on The Vision Pro Headsets

For some early buyers of the Apple Vision Pro, the initial excitement has faded. Vision Pro owners are posting more on social media. Apparently they plan to return $3,500 headsets.

Customers can return products within 14 days of purchase under Apple’s return policy. Many early adopters seem to be reaching this deadline, which is good and bad depending on one’s point of view.

Discomfort is a major factor driving these returns. Some users have reported experiencing headaches and motion sickness while wearing the headset. Many people have also complained about the weight of the device. They say its front-heavy design is the problem.

Parker Ortolani, a product manager at The Verge, said he believed using the device caused a burst blood vessel in his eye. Another user reported a similar experience with eye redness. Additionally, some users have found the Vision Pro to be too expensive and unwieldy. They’ve experienced constant headaches and eye strain. This makes it difficult to justify keeping the device.
